Dubai Maritime City - the world’s first purpose-built maritime centre and the largest of its kind, is a man-made peninsula spread across 2.27 million square meters, located between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks.
The adaptable multi-use environment covers every aspect of industrial, commercial, residential and leisure requirements of the maritime fraternity, within its six zones. The expansive state-of-the-art facilities at Dubai Maritime City will accommodate various requirements of the 30,000 - 50,000 boats that are expected to be berthed in Dubai over the next 5 years.
