Earlier this month, the Al Fara’a Integrated Construction celebrated its thirty years and today its 18,000 employees are celebrating the achievements of seven Stevie Awards bagged by the Group corporate services teams and its wholly owned subsidiary, Unibeton Readymix. These are:

The International Business Awards are the only global, all-encompassing business awards program honoring great performances in business. Nicknamed the Stevie® for the Greek word “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala dinner on Monday, 27 September in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey.

 

Recipients of International Stevie Award trophies were selected from more than 1,700 entries received from organisations and individuals in more than 40 countries.  Organisations all over the world are eligible to compete in The International Business Awards, and can enter in any of more than 40 categories from Multinational Company of the Year and Best New Product of the Year to Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year and Executive of the Year.  

Dr JR Gangaramani, President and Executive Chairman of the Al Fara’a Integrated Construction Group stated that he was humbled by the international recognition of the Group and its subsidiary for their Business Excellence. “I wish to thank the Rulers of the UAE for their economic wisdom in creating an environment conducive to meeting world class standards” he said. He further reiterated the commitment of Al Fara’a and Unibeton Ready Mix to serving the people of the UAE.

Mr. Mohamed Shehadeh, Senior Vice President of Unibeton Ready Mix said, “We have always tried very hard to meet and beat the expectations of customers. We are committed to the deadline requirements of customers and try even harder to deliver what the customer wants, rather than sell them what we think they want. This collection of Awards is an acknowledgement of these efforts and for this we are truly thankful. ”

Honorees were selected through two rounds of judging by business professionals worldwide.
